What happens when the Pro trial ends?
Every new workspace starts with 14 days of Pro. When it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan on its own. Nothing is charged, because no card was ever asked for.
What happens when I reach a plan limit?
VoiceQuote stops adding more: a quote past the monthly quote limit, a catalogue item past the item limit, or an AI request past the monthly AI limit is refused. Nothing you already have is removed.
What counts as a seat?
One person who signs in to your workspace. A plan covers one workspace, and its seats are shared by everyone in it.
Can I review a quote before sending it?
Yes. Every AI draft is yours to check and edit, and nothing is emailed until you press send.
What if I move to a smaller plan?
Everyone already in your workspace stays. You cannot add new people until you are back under the plan's seat count.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Once paid plans are on sale, paying for a year will cost 7 percent less than twelve monthly payments.
