Your account

You are responsible for accurate registration details, protecting account access, assigning appropriate organization roles, and promptly removing access for people who should no longer use the service.

Quotations and AI output

VoiceQuote assists with preparing and delivering quotations. AI transcription and generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review customer details, scope, quantities, catalogue matches, prices, taxes, currency, validity, and terms before sending. VoiceQuote does not automatically approve, price, or send a quotation.

Your data and permissions

You must have the right to upload recordings, customer information, catalogue data, and other content. You must provide any legally required notices or obtain consent before recording people or sharing personal or confidential information with the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use VoiceQuote to break the law, mislead customers, send unsolicited communications, upload malicious files, probe another organization, bypass limits, or interfere with the service. Access may be limited or suspended to protect users and the platform.

Availability and liability

The service may depend on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable. Keep appropriate business records and verify important documents. Any commercial warranty, refund, liability cap, subscription, renewal, cancellation, and dispute terms must be stated in the final agreement presented at purchase.
